CookingBooking Policy


Coo.king Booking Policy.

  1. We only take 20 reservations for a day which are 25% of capacity of our venue; remaining tables will be left open for our walk-in customers. This ensures tables are still available even if our booking capacity is reached.
  2. Reservations can only be made through our website www.cookingbbq.com.au (the site will be revealed very soon) and Phone 0744487677. Unfortunately, we are not able to respond to any bookings via SMS, Facebook or Email.
  3. Reservations are only available for our dinner sitting between 5pm and 8pm; a maximum of two bookings will be allocated for each 15 minute interval. You can check available booking tables on our website. Customers do not need to make a reservation for our lunch service (11:30am – 2pm).
  4. Please be advised we only hold the reserved tables for 20 minutes past the time booked. We need at least two hours of notice of a change to hold your table to relocate your table. .
  5. If you need to reserve tables for 20 people or more, we request you email us at cooking@katgroup.com.au at least a week in advance and please note a 10% deposit may be required.
  6. The Function Room can hold up to 22 persons. We charge a $100 fee for 11 persons or less, and a $200 fee for more than 11 persons. Minimum 7 patrons are required for booking the function room.
  7. You can enjoy our buffet for 100 minutes. We take admissions until 8:30pm for the buffet service including BBQ and Hot pot option. After 8:30, we can only provide take away for hot and cold buffet services.
  8. Our tables are having 4 inductions for hot pot. If you reserve the cooking tables for 5 persons in some circumstances (e.g. busy periods) we may have to add an extra chair for the table. Unfortunately, in this circumstance the 5th guest may not be able to use the induction hotpot. But we will do our best to accommodate all bookings
